Personal history
Steinar is the third son of the Baron Otto Schwarzemann of the Barony of Helstadt. He was thoroughly tutored and spent a fair amount of time in Ubersreik and some time in Bogenhafen learning how the Empire functions. He was reminded regularly that with his intelligence he would be a great adviser to the new Baron after Otto passed away. During the time he acted as a temporary bailiff he was known to care about efficiency and maximizing the tax collection. Many village elders complained that he was too ruthless with handling disputes and he taxed too high. He was removed from his position due to the complaints and Steinar was heard complaining that Otto is too weak of a Baron allowing villagers to dictate how a Barony is to be run. He left Gladestone to go to Ubersreik and use his name and connections to start a merchant business. He was quickly able to find work being the face of a business and later acquired his own business by slowly preparing to steal almost all of the client of the people he was working with. He has since been known to be absolutely ruthless in every venture he works in, though effective.

Steinar has received a standard level of tutoring due to his noble status and he has educated himself in the mercantile skill set of the "lesser" classes to expand his wealth.
Employment
Steinar began as a scion of the House of Schwarzemann who later left the manor to become a merchant has become a fixture in Ubersreik with his ability to make deals with higher society folk in other cities.

Steinar has a great achievement by being a noble with no hope of becoming the leader of the house and be Baron and leaving to become a successful merchant in Ubersreik.
