Personal history
Dietrich is the first born son of the Baron of Helstadt and would have been the go to heir to the Barony but due to significant blunders in his past making deals the are costly or not thought out had made the Baron lean to the second son Otto II who is not known for any aptitudes but neither known of his ineptitude. Dietrich was relieved since his experience of watching his father make difficult decisions made him stressed to think about doing the job. Ever since he has worked as a "warden" for Helstadt and likes to get a lot of face time with the villagers by drinking and fighting in the local taverns.
Education
Dietrich was tutored like his brothers and was told to stick close to the Baron and watch as he managed the Barony. He was told to learn by doing and watching as the people worked.
Employment
Dietrich has acted as a scion of the house and has bounced between being a warden and fist fighting in local taverns and usually paying for the drinks whether he wins or loses.
Accomplishments & Achievements
He quite an accomplished tavern fist fighter, drinker and has never had problems with the villages he has worked with.

He has agreed to things with some villages that has cost the Barony treasury causing him to not have the ability to make deals on behalf of the Baron with an adviser in tow.
