Hrothgar, Honor and Valor Incarnate
(a.k.a. Hrothgar Stone-Jaw, God-Wolf of Ragnias,)
Once a primordial spirit in service to the Fireborn, Horthgar came to understand the cause of the Six, The Lords who later came to defeat the Fireborn and the Great Dragon, and joined their cause, binding himself to a physical form, that of a direwolf, and assumed the role as a battlefield compatriot to Hrothmund, fighting at his side for every battle. For many years, Hrothgar fought alongside the likes of Hrothmund and Elvira, becoming mentor and a protector to their children. While not entirely self-aware or capable of speech, Hrothgar is loyal to a fault, and is regarded as among the wisest creatures, communicating through telepathic imagery, guiding those who seek him out; or those who walk in his old friends footsteps.

Physical Description
Body Features
Across his body, Hrothgar has patterns within his fur that are not natural- straight lines and curves, all of them spaced and shaped like someone had drawn them on his fur. The markings do not match either modern Valskarian designs and barely can be considered of Old Kingdom due to vague similarities, suggesting that primordial spirits have a way of saying outright that they are a primordial spirit aside from directly communicating it.
Identifying Characteristics
Hrothgar is marked by intricate black lines all across his body, resembling a more wild, natural look to Old Kingdom variants of design.
Special abilities
Hrothgar naturally is able to detect the emotions of an individual and often times provide judgement on them at first glance. He is also capable of reverting back to his immaterial form and fusing himself into the soul of an Individual, as seen in the cases of both Lords Argus Green-eye and Valdr Varricson.
Apparel & Accessories
Often, Hrothgar is depicted as literally have a jaw of stone, with the teeth instead laying over his face rather than be hidden in his mouth. However, he has also been depicted as wearing armor when fighting alongside Hrothmund, shaped to fit his lupine body.

Personal history
Hrothgar is believed to have been created when the universe was created, the primordial spirit wandering the Void before The Realms-Once-Whole was created, where the Fireborn was initially crowned Creation Incarnate. All Primordial spirits followed and enacted the will of the Fireborn, who used them to help build concepts throughout the world. These Primordial Spirits became imbued in the individuals that later became the Old Gods, like the Great Dragon, granting them their immortality. Hrothgar was among the few to embody a concept that did not receive a godly vessel, continuing to wander the world. This changed when the Six first declared war on the Fireborn.
Hrothgar was called to battle. Even though his will was controlled by the Fireborn, the sight of the Six fighting alongside eachother and the cruelty of the Fireborn made him realize which was the right side. After finding a war to break free of the Fireborn's control, Hrothgar fled and met with Hrothmund, taking the form of a direwolf to interact with them. What this interaction actually was, no one is sure, but what is known is that Hrothgar revealed the Great Dragon's weakness and paracausal might, which surpassed that of their master exponentially.
With this knowledge in hand, Hrothmund, who took Hrothgar as a companion, commited to the final assault on the Great Dragon and the usurpation of the Fireborn.
After the Great War, Hrothgar served as not only a companion of Hrothmund, but as a symbol of Honor and Valor, and later became the motif on the Old Kingdom's Banners out of the respect Hrothmund and Hrothgar had for eachother. When Deirdre was born, Hrothgar stood guard around her for several nights as a soothsayer prophesied that she'd be a pinnacle of slaughter and would one day take Hrothmund's and Ingemar's place as a True Goddess of War, the ritual involved requiring that no one of sentience may stay close to the girl- Hrothgar did this willingly. Later, Hrothgar would protect the Twins of Amara, and many more of Hrothmund's children.
When Hrothmund's mortal body expired, Hrothgar grieved alongside his family, often becoming a loving companion and an anchor to reality for them in their shared sorrow. On the anniversary of Hrothmund's Death, legends say that no matter where he wanders, Hrothgar will unleash an unearthly howl, shaking the very foundations of reality, causing the the moons and stars to shine brighter.
