Sobek Water Sled

The SeaSled is a hand-held underwater propulsion device, purposed equally for exploration and recreational purposes. They're commonly used for taking a high-class tour of a coastline, escaping quickly from predators, and for water races among rich people. The sled's battery last for five hours, and it can out-swim a wide variety of animals in the real-world ocean.

Power Generation

The Seasled has a solar panel on its underbelly covered by a metal plate. The plate can be manually taken off, allowing the sled to recharge in the sunlight.

Propulsion

The Seasled has one main propellor on its back end, which activates when water enters two small impellers inside the sled, and then forced out through the back under high pressure. This propellor allows the sled to swim at very high speeds, even faster than most species of shark. In order to activate the propellor, the user has to press a button on each of the handles. Though, while in use, they can take their fingers off of one of the buttons for a brief moment, perhaps to grab something off of the sea floor.

Armor and defense

This sled is very sturdy, though not as durable as Sobek's submarines, they can withstand a great deal of force. Its weak point is the insides of the propellor, where junk from the ocean can slip their way in and clog the sled's systems. This has been the most common reason for users breaking their sleds.

Additional & auxiliary systems

SeaSleds have powerful flashlights built into their front ends, which can illuminate up to fifteen feet of any given space. They are activated by a small button on the side of the right handle.
There is also a small wheel on the sled's left handle that, when flicked up and down, determines the sled's speed. In between the handles is a small speedometer in which the user can read the speed.
