Players in my Fallout RPG Campaigns will have the option to play one of several Character Classes as Follows:   Step #1 CHOOSE YOUR ORIGIN: Decide the origin of your character. This determines their trait, as well as any mutations they have, or if they’re a robot

• Vault Dweller (p.57 Core Rulebook)

  Step #2 INCREASE S.P.E.C.I.A.L. ATTRIBUTES: Each attribute starts with a rank of 5. Spend 5 points across your 7 attributes to increase them to a maximum of 10 each. You can reduce any attribute from 5 to 4 to gain a point to spend to increase any other attribute (p.58 Core Rulebook)   Step #3 TAG SKILLS AND BUY SKILL RANKS: Choose 3 tag skills. Add 2 ranks to each tag skill. Then, spend 9 + INT points to increase your skill ranks. Each skill starts at 0 (p.58 Core Rulebook)   Step #4 CHOOSE YOUR FIRST PERK: Choose your first perk from the perks list (p.59 Core Rulebook)   Step #5 CALCULATE YOUR DERIVED STATISTICS: Determine your derived statistics, like carry weight and defense (p.74 Core Rulebook)   Step #6 CHOOSE YOUR STARTING EQUIPMENT: Select a starting equipment pack based on your origin (p.76 Core Rulebook), a trinket, and gain Tag skill equipment.

  When Creating your character, think about some of the following things regarding your character how is your character tied to this Region the Republic of California? Was your Caracter born here? Did they Travel or Migrate here, and Why? Where was your Character Born and Raised? What sort of Ideals and Aspirations does your Character have and Why? What are some of your Character's Fears, Insecurities, or Weaknesses? What is your character good at or Exceptioanly Adept at doing? How is your Character Related to or familiar with at least one or more of your Group's other characters? These Can all be worked out with your "Overseer" AKA Gamemaster Me...  

Adventure Starts Here:

  The Adventure Setting is in the Post Holocostic City of Modesto, Many of you are quite familiar with this city in reality but this is an "Alternate world version" of the location you know. However, many of the landmarks' names and references may seem familiar. In Character creation think of your character either being from here or recently traveling here or being a vault dweller from Modesto of Long ago use this as food for thought in creating your character.
