Demiurge
Demiurge - known also as the False Creator, the Prideful One, and the Elemental Lord - was one of the twelve Dark Lords that governed the multiverse before Mankind, and a source of all elemental magic. He is known as the last Dark Lord to fall to armies of Mankind during the Great Multiversal War, and as the most powerful one of the Dark Lords (perhaps save for the Unmade One).
He is also known to be one of the very few Dark Lords to have attempted to talk with invading humans, although exact details of the event are extremely scarce.
Physical Description
Body Features
It is unknown how Demiurge actually looks like. The Dark Lords and the most powerful of their servitors appear significantly more aligned with the human minds - with, for example, Demiurge and his servants appearing 'elemental' - however it is not their ACTUAL look. It's just a self-censorship that human minds enforce upon themselves, seeing them as the closest approximation that they could handle.
Demiurge's false look had him appear as a kilometer tall man "in a robe woven from fire and water, with a face made of sounds and a crown of stars resting on his head". It is also said that when he was mortally wounded, the stars expanded and attempted to devour him whole, suggesting that the 'crown of stars' might have been said quite literally.
Special abilities
Demiurge wielded absolute control over elements. He could conjure firestorms the size of a continent or a thousand meter tall tsunami waves with a snap of his fingers. He is said to have been 'breating out radiation', causing thousands to perish due to radiation sickness. His words were loud enough to dismember people close to him, and he was capable of warping reality, easily sending entire salvoes directed at him into different worlds (or turning them against the attackers).

Personal history
Demiurge was the last of the Dark Lords to fall, mostly by the virtue of him crushing the preliminary reconaissance party so thoroughly. He actually singlehandedly repelled the first assault on his realm, his might on the verge of making Mankind consider isolation of his realm instead of trying to eliminate him. This is something that was never considered with any other Dark Lord, and a proof of how dangerous Demiurge was.
Eventually, however, a plan was made. Mankind decided to exploit Demiurge's connection to his Realm and his constant (and obvious) micromanagement of anything. Almost the entire remaining stocks of nuclear weapons and thousands of metaphysical warheads were detonated almost instantly throughout Demiurge's domain. When his attention was drawn to attempts of keep it from collapsing on himself, he suddenly found himself encapsuled in a foldspace that was then imploded on him. He managed to survive that, albeit heavily weakened, only to be instantly hit by every single bit of firepower Mankind had left after the opening salvo of this battle.
It was finally a mortal blow to Demiurge - his own crown began to devour him whole, and the realm began to broke into chaotic mess of elements. Armies of Mankind fled the realm, pursuit only by Demiurge's screams. When reconaissance mission was send days ago, there was only Chaos left.
