Unmade One
The Unmade One was one of the twelve Dark Lords that has ruled the multiverse before the Great Multiversal War. Next to nothing is known about him, for he wasn't killed as much as utterly annihilated on some unknown, much deeper level. Whatever was done to him, has left him a gaping hole in existence, blurred shape in memories of those that saw him, and empty places in documents describing him.
The only potential clue to his existence is a supposed transcript of a stele found in Panopticon, the fortress of Metatron, the Dark Lord of Elysium. According to some records, it was the list of all the Dark Lords, including the Unmade One - who was listed as the 'Millenial Worm', 'Serpent of Existence' and 'One That Was, Is and Will Be'. However the lack of answer to the questions of how a translation was achieved (during the battle against Metatron, no less) and why the stele wasn't influenced by whatever happened to the Unmade One cast a shadow of doubt over the entire story.

Personal history
Nothing is known about the Unmade One, save for the fact that it existed, it was the Dark Lord of what's now the Void, and that Mankind did something horrible to it - and then erased its own memories of what happened. Due to said censorship (and the act of killing itself) being so supernatural (it included even the memories of people who saw the Unmade One and his servitors in the past), it is speculated that the Dark Lord was obliterated as a concept.
Lack of weaponry capable of that within the arsenals of Mankind is explained by the Mankind turning the weapon against itself, probably out of fear of what they created. As such, the weapon itself, its use, and all knowledge required to created it was erased from the multiverse, leaving one more gaping hole in Reality.
