Enchanting Physique

The Enchanting Physique, like all other Natural Physiques is created through the location and situation of one's birth, their heritage, and destiny.

The Enchanting Physique has two effects, the most obvious is the perception of others being altered somehow to find Maitre otherworldly beautiful, of nondescript race and gender, based on the preferences of the viewer though a minor side-effect of this being Maitre's presence being overly emphasized (when irritated it strikes horror in the viewer, when leading it grants a natural commanding presence, etc). Secondly, and far more importantly, it grants the ability to transmute one's surroundings and change the properties thereof (making things more or less dense, changing the hardness or softness, altering the shape and form, or even changing the material of an object [such as from lead to gold]).

Though why one would wish to alter the effects of a Natural Physiques is debatable, Maitre Na'Daoine has learned to work around the side-effects of the outward appearance slightly. Since one must be seen (or sensed for those without vision) for the magnetism to apply, the easiest way to prevent unwanted attention is just to not be seen - through traditional stealth or outright invisibility to various means of detection.

Natural Physiques are permanent and gained upon birth, but like several Divine Abilities which mimic them, they can advance in stage from initial, intermediate, advanced, and perfect stages. For the Enchanting Physique, each stage increases the degree of changes available during transmutation as well as the "hold" over a person who views Maitre Na'Daoine. For the transmutation effect, Initial stages only allow for slight changes to be done at once (though they can accumulate) while at the Perfect stage one can alter the very fabric of reality by making the imaginary into reality. For the Enchanting side of the Natural Physique Initial stage makes those whom view her have a better opinion of Maitre while at the Perfect stage of cultivation anyone with lower cultivation or a flawed Dao-Heart can be outright controlled as a willing puppet.

While the Enchanting Physique itself doesn't cause any sequela, over-use of the transmutation ability can cause myriad ailments and unforeseen conditions in the "beneficiary" of the treatment. In Maitre's case she has a naturally refined body which is as powerful as any Body Refinement Cultivation Method, but without the need to nourish her body with outside sources to make it more powerful or more durable - not to mention a naturally superior beauty (even before the enchanting aspect of the Natural Physique applies). Furthermore it's allowed Maitre to outright over-write her initial talent for cultivation, allowing "twice the result for half the effort".

On the negative side of the applications, ignoring purposefully causing harm or death, her experiments like Project Humunculus have gone outright insane from constant exposure to the transmutation side of the Natural Physique as well as many experiments going awry due to not knowing what an alteration would effect. The enchanting side is even more direct, causing many to be unwittingly brainwashed into allies or even outright slaves.

There is no way to prevent a Natural Physique of any kind, the Enchanting Physique included. Whether you have the most common Natural Physique which even mortals have at birth or an overwhelming advantage through an Immortal level physique is all up to the circumstances of one's birth.

Maitre Na'Daoine is the only known beneficiary of this particular Natural Physique - which wasn't even determined to be so due to the shattered heritage within Ihmisen Keh'to until after they'd left the region.

As Maitre Na'Daoine is the only known owner of an Enchanting Physique within Ihmisen Keh'to, the physique itself isn't known, but the perception of Maitre makes them a natural center of attention despite the fact that they, themselves, would prefer just to be left alone in the laboratory.
