Rihona's Hands

Rihona's Hands is a charity organization based out of St. Nessa's abbey on the borders of the kingdoms of The Kingdom of Ruben and The Kingdom of Lazuli. While the Sisters of Perpetual Help who maintain the abbey often align with Rihona's hands, they are two distinct organizations. Rihona's Hands is dedicated to the recovery of personal and cultural items from the ruins of Dalreme Castle and returning them to their families. Kinderdeckke are the most important possession they retrieve, and often the easiest to find the owners of.

Public Agenda

Rihona's Hands is named after Queen Rihona, the first queen of Dalreme. They hoped to draw from the first queen's strength and affinity for the family as they sought to return possessions and items of heritage that had been lost during the The Night of Falling Crowns They are a community of single parents, those who lost their families during the fire the consumed Dalreme Castle Town. Bereft of their loved ones, they came together to restore to others what they themselves had lost. While the Sisters of Perpetual Help saw to the physical needs of the refugees who came to their door, Rihona's Hands saw to their mental, familial needs. Even today, their scavengers wander the streets of Dalreme Castle Town looking for momentoes and heirlooms.   Rihona's Hands often find themselves stymied by the now dual nature of their homeland. Many families ended up splitting between Ruben to the west and Lazuli to the east, making the decision of where to send the heirloom to difficult. Many families have vanished entirely; the Hands have established a portion of the old cemetery as a mausoleum of families that have come to an end, their Kinderdeckke enshrined inside.
