Karajan Suracandra
The Karajans which rules most of the Timlau Islands. They joined the Persatuan Phaṇin for reasons of trade, rather than to be a part of the war against Rangdayan, and have often been frustrated by the focus their allies place on the conflict. Since the Persatuan Phaṇin has joined with the Tagápulo Empire, Sri Jayamandala of Karajan Suracandra has suggested that with the current situation, withdrawing from the Persatuan Phaṇin and making their own arrangements with the Empimight be more profitable than remaining.
