Cantref Severa
A cantref of Cunedda that borders the River Severin. It has strong ties to both Elmet and Mathrafal, and was an independent kingdom before being conquered by Maelgwn the Tall when he formed Cunedda. Since his death, many within Severa have advocated for renewed independence, but they have not yet agreed on a leader or taken any concrete actions
