Caelán NicMuir
A Dòbhran Selkie who is an agent of Queen Ondine of the Deep Court. It is rumored that she is only part selkie, and may actually have Fae ancestry through a Murdúchu mother. This is unconfirmed, although Caelán has always had an unusual amount of attention from the Deep Court of the Fae, which may be due to such a lineage. She spent some time as a Kendari Courier and as a Masker before returning home to Eilean Skìth and becoming an agent of th Deep Court.
