Brillante Sea

The Brillante Sea is an expanse of endless blue that borders the eastern regions of Great Ring. The sea gets its name from the shimmering light that dances across its surface during sunrise and sunset, casting a glittering reflection across the horizon. This light is said to be a result of ancient magic that permeates the waters of the sea.

Despite the beauty of the Brillante Sea, it is very dangerous. The waters are filled with unpredictable currents and riptides that can pull ships off course and dash them against the rocky cliffs that line the many islands that make up the archipelagos.

The Clarati made their home across the Brillante Sea, in the lost land of Sange. When a few of them returned to conquer parts of the islands for their own purposes, they came to those areas that had eastern shores on the Brillante.
