Orc
Orcs were large green skinned beings from the Badlandsof Rodina which often associated with savagery or barbarity.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Orcs were bipedal and had green/moss colored skin.
They had large tusk teeth from their bottom jaw that protruded out of their mouth.
They tended to be strong and muscular.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Orcs were omnivores, though most preferred a diet of mainly meats.
Due to their strengthened stomachs, orcs could eat meat that had gone bad without getting sick, though they still preferred fresh meat when it came to taste.
Some orc tribes did partake in cannibalism, but this was mostly done for survival reasons, rather than cultural.
While bones were often used for tools first, orc tusks were great for smashing and breaking up bone for consumption.
Behaviour
Because of the harsh nature of the Badlands, orcs that survived to adulthood were almost always hardened and strong. They could defend themselves with primal rage and endurance.
Additional Information
Social Structure
Orcs in their natural setting often lived in tribes of 40 to 100 orcs with a chieftain as a leader.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
Orcs were nativly from the Badlands, but due to slave trading, orcs could be found in small numbers all over Rodina.
Civilization and Culture
Naming Traditions
While dependent on what tribe an Orc is a member of, often naming conventions follow a simple pattern: Word Choice + Season + Parent’s Word Name and season. “gol/gah” is the parental connector, gol for father, gah for mother. For example Skull Summer of Axe Winter in Orcish becomes Bruza gol Czuvog.
Normally females would inherit their mother’s name, and males would inherit their father’s, but if their parent did something of great note, or was a cheif, they would take priority no matter the childs gender.

History
Stories of the Seven Shepherds of Reus had references to creatures in the south that fit the description of orcs.
Orcs weren't offically discovered and named until the early 200s of the 3rd era.
Common Myths and Legends
While not universal, some orc tribes of the badlands worshiped spirits within everything, while others revered and honored their ancestors like gods.
Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
Orcs could interbreed with some other sapient beings.
Humans and ogres were two races, the former producing a smaller and frailer offspring, while the latter produced a more bulky and mentally stunted offspring.
