Ephemeral Ampoule

Before the cataclysmic collapse of Nel'Akhiron's magical empire, it was a crucible of arcane innovation. The most incredible creations designed to help and elevate the Akhir were lost in the fallout of The Tempest War. Prime among these were the Ephemeral Amoules, which healed the imbiber using stored magical energies.   An Ephemeral Ampoule is a fragile glass vial containing a single, solidified tear of the Bleed. It does not heal in the traditional sense. Instead, when you consume it, the raw, unstable magic temporarily mends your broken body, knitting flesh and repairing wounds with chaotic speed. Using it, however, carries a risk. Each use can cause a temporary side effect, such as the air shimmering with residual energy or a brief, maddening whisper from a forgotten Echo. It is a source of health that reminds you of the world's danger and the heretical nature of its magic.
