Eshu of Yor
Various nomadic Coalitions call the Central Pridelands home, hunting and gathering as they move. One of the most renowned Coalitions is Yor, composed primarily of cheetah-like Tabaxi. For those unable to utilize the instant messaging services of Moralis, Yor provides the fastest and most reliable messengers. Their runners have a 98% success rate and will go just about anywhere in the Pridelands! Eshu is a child of Yor and, for most of his life, was a runner. In his messenger days, he saw every corner of the Pridelands, saw spectacular sights, and met interesting people… and that’s kind of all a fuzzy blur now. What does he remember? How good it felt to go FAST.
Unfortunately, Eshu was chosen for this “most honorable” duty. Eshu suspects he’s being punished by the Elders for something, but for the life of him, he can’t imagine what! Plus, since he ran ALL this way, he supposes he might as well stick around for the result of this trial. Who’s on trial again? A shiny rock? Eshu is generally a little skittish and secretive, a side effect of being cooped up and asked so many questions. He’s used to dropping off the message, exchanging pleasantries, maybe receiving a message in turn, and then being on his way. Have something to say? Can you speak faster, Cuz? While his mouth and movements may be fast, his mind struggles to catch up. Why think about his actions when he can outrun the consequences?
