The Golden Gate
The so called "Golden Gate" is one of the Western gates of the city of [Kingsrest.
The gate is engraved with golden wings on either side, giving it its striking name. Through the gate leads the @Millers Road to the City of Crownhaven.

Purpose / Function
The gate is part of the defensive wall of Oldtown, and through it, the city is connected to the city of Crownhaven.
Alterations
The Gate was demolished by the Gray Kings in xxxyear it was rebuild with a double gatehouse in xx.
Architecture
The Gate is build of massive granite blocks, and the doors are made of solid darkwood.
The doors are engraved with golden wings, giving the gate its name.
