Ucria Center of Literature and Magic
Two buildings conjoined together to create the center. The first building you walk into is the library side of things. It is a quite small room, there is a second floor that people can get up to with the use of a spiral staircase. When New Talivera first became a thing The Drakon had issued all libraries / bookstores separate Draconian literature from "World literature" so most places have a section labeled "World", this section is located on the second floor. The second building you walk into is the magic side of things. It is a much larger room, on the walls there are shelves of spell books (The Drakon thought magic as "too general", that is why they are not separated.). A potion station, fixed with racks of potions and also a cauldron if one wishes to brew or learn to brew their own. Behind the counter there are staffs and quarterstaffs ready for a magic wielder.
Purpose / Function
To educate those who want to explore literature or those who want to explore spells and magic.
History
Used to be 2 stores, Ucria Center of Books and Many o’ Magic. They had merged together from a library and a magic shop. This was a bold business move made by the two owners, both shops were on the decline but when they merged they had been thriving.
