Rotcreek
After a disaster Kaldar the Caster was called by Apex to solve the problem. She casted a spell on The Traveler's Oasis and aided in the construction of Rotcreek and spent the rest of her life as the leader of Rotcreek as well as making spells for people.
A town in The Great Mesa that Ghruithrarchivhun slaughtered and was trapped in, but the trapping part is only known by the priest of the Infernoist Church. It was also built around The Traveler's Oasis, with the original goal of getting tourist attention from adventurers. They are known across The Great Mesa for worshiping Archangel Camael out of fear.
An important part about it being built around the Travelers Oasis is that the spell cast on the oasis by Archangel Camael telling it what to do actually was modified by Kaldar, so that every month they get a "Harvest", which is where they get enough food to feed the whole town.
