An elf who came up with an idea for a more efficient bow, which he called the crossbow. He presented this in his home, The Vrasal Empire, but their traditional ideals rejected his idea. He went to other locations such as Talivera and Grenid, for which he sold his blueprints to the government for a large sum of money. Now he runs a business in his House just outside of Whaleyard looking for the next advancement in the technological weapons industry.
