Howler
The bustling city of the Merchant's court was once a proud metropolis hosting all races of old. Dwarfs found the guild Smiths of old which specialised in trade of weaponry and armor as well as raw materials. The dwarven guild enforced the rule of law in the city. Elvish merchant guild the Jewelers of gnar were the lawmakers. Men from both kingdoms in the south used to have residency in the city and their own guilds with everchanging names and titles. Legend goes that when Hope began weeping the war of monsters began. 1200 BC goblin parties descended from the mountains and slaughtered everyone in their grasp. They tortured and raped more than a thousand little kids and as they screamed in terror miles away the screams of complete terror gave the city a new name. The Howler. Even though not many now remember the origin of the name the last descendants defiant of their grizzly fate still reside inside the ruins.
