Dr. Herbert West of Miskatonic

Dr. Herbert West of Miskatonic: Herbert West is a slender, spectacled man with delicate features, brunette hair, pale blue eyes, and a soft voice. He is a highly intelligent, unconventional and ruthless man. His backstory is unknown, however, he is very comfortable opening up about a lot of things, based on what our party has seen.
  Our party has first met Herbert West at the Daggerveil Physician, where he works as the Body Pusher in the Morgue. They found him in the middle of an experiment, where he was testing a serum he calls his "Reagent," which has the ability to bring the dead back to life, but in a different way than traditional Necromancy, which he frowns upon, and not only because it's illegal.
  Our party has found that Herbert West rarely leaves the Morgue, finding the corpses very interesting to be around, wanting to experiment on them under the guise of his job. His goal is that he can bring back the dead to life without any repercussions, unlike that of Necromancy, which is said to have major issues for the body and soul.
  Our party has had a few encounters with Herbert West, where they have found him to be rather careless, heartless, and downright crude. Toying with bodies, poking and prodding them, injecting them with his serum, and even downright killing his revived experiments! Not to mention, they found a talking severed head in his house of his old rival, Dr. Carl Hill, and a basement full of rejected experiments.
  He is an incredibly odd and cunning man, who definitely has a lot of secrets. I suppose we will just have to wait and see what this squirrelly scientist will cook up for the party next...
