They go on patrols and surveilance multiple territories. They also block spots, so other Spirallings can't pass through.
They are frowned upon and seen as looney by the one's on their bad site. The one's on the Etheric Planes however, find them quite amusing, the same way they find it amusing when a single serial killer gets a 100 Spiralling kill streak.

Oh, those guys. Yeah, they seem not capable of comprehending the difference between a law and a rule. Laws are the way the Helixbrane functions, but rules are but suggestions to follow. Don't let anybody ever tell you, you are forced to do anything, we're all spirals after all.
