The title held by the one who rules Cappirdiom. Which have been held by The head of Domus Sitram (House of Sitram) ever since Sitram The wise, was chosen for the position by one of the only unanimous votes in the Senate's history.

Accoutrements & Equipment

They bear a gold seal of Domus Sitram (all other members of Domus Sitram bear a silver seal), as well as a sword with Cappirdiom's royal coat of arms on it. During formal events, they wear a white toga with an embroidery in gold and purple, gold laurel crown and the scepter of Cappirdiom.
