The Northern Territories

The Northern Territories is the smallest territory of the Teuta Eisom and stretches from the Ni River to the Eerie Forest. The territory has been held by the Blood of Unfursson for almost 300 years. While its the smallest of the 4 territories, the north has faced many challenges over the decades. To the north, the Van Kan family has long held control of the land just past the Eerie Forest. Relations with the Van Kan family have constantly changed over the years. To the East, the Andalashin Federation has been a major a constant threat since 85 EM. To the sea's in the west, the Mari Reidho has raided trade ships since the Teuta first sailed north. To the south, infighting and an abandonment to past traditions have fueled tension with the leading bloodlines.

Major Settlements:

Stormreign

Stormreign has been the ancestral home of the Blood of Ulfursson since the Teuta Eisom expanded over the continent of Antauustret. Due to its location at the mouth of the Bay of Eyadur and the northern edge of the Vannadal Mountains, the citadel is constantly bombarded with high winds and storms. While its location is not ideal due to the elements, its locational is vital to the defense of any hostile forces that may try and sail south deep into Teuta territory.

The Iron Keep

At the edge of the Eeerie Forest in the Shadow of the The Eperom Wall, stands the Iron Keep. The Iron Keep has guarded the north from invasion for hundreds of years. Due to the Keep's importance, it is the only settlements ruled over by a Jarl.

Tuvrick

Tuvrick is the largest port in the north. The port allows much needed supplies & troops to be easily moved north the to Iron Keep. Its also home to a majority of the Northern Fleet.
