The Freykorp Incident
Also known as "The Liberation", it was a spontaneous rebellion of the inhabitants of Clay after two centuries under Stender administration. The Incident was the climax of a chain of events set in motion hundreds of years earlier by Aubrey, Veldheer of the Safoi, while she was attending the First Conclave. It signified a radical change in the balance of power between the Ardent and the rest of the corporations.
