Weave Tower of Chronomancy
The Tower of intertwining weave is the core of the Arcane Collective standing the centre of their island. Small building surround the tower on the ground but the most important buildings are not those on the ground but in the air. So called Weave Towers, dedicated to each of the established schools of magic where build in the century following the founding of the Arcane Collective. Ten towers fly in the air, slowly drifting around the Tower of intertwining weave and one tower remains on the ground. The tower of chronomancy was built last as there were few spellcasters who had learned it and establishing a tower on its principles was hard. Before construction was completed, the core members of chronomatic knowledge and construction of the floating buildings had passed away.
Purpose / Function
All the Weave Towers were built to have a place for spellcasters dedicated to a particular school of magic to study and train. While the tower of evocation was built to sustain continual bombardment of magic from the inside, the Weave Tower of Chronomancy faced challenges as it needed to both remain stable in time and allow for time to be manipulated more. There was an intent to connect the tower to the Feywild but it fell through due to security.
In many ways the tower now serves as a specialised library with limited training halls as they were never completed. Many members of the Arcane Collective also avoid the tower as it has shown a tendency to be slightly unstable, rewinding time of both things and people inside of it on seemingly random occations.
