Sokkið never loved anything more than the sea Focusing every chance he could on sailing on the open sea or making longships to sail in. Caring more about the sea Sokkið never sought a wife not able to give his heart to anyone other than his true love. With this Sokkið made his first Longship when he was 17 spending 3 years designing and crafting the Longship. Taking such care to use only the highest quality wood from a Harðbinding Tree and the pure steal intricately designed
After moving to Grímsdalur with his crew they went on a whale hunt sponsored by Blödskrikare Ursiv Björn where tragedy struck. A great storm happen when a caught a mighty whale which toss and capsized the Longship where Sokkið was the only survivor. Sokkið crew was the only people that he had left after his father was executed for being a traitor and his mother died when he was young. Sokkið grew to love them almost as much as the sea and felt immense guilt for setting sail wanting to join them and sing songs with them again he plans one more trip to the sea not knowing what this trip will contain for him...
