Personal history
Born to a mildly affluent family, Colin Shipper, born Colin Tamlia, in Belu. The expected trajectory of his life was going to be very boring he deemed. So he sought out more adventure. In order find something more suiting his tastes than sitting behind a desk with ledgers he begged his family to allow him to travel. After finding no way to settle him down they relented and he became one of the agents the family used to travel and spy out good deals. At first he was saddled with a minder which irritated him. He had been told when he was judged reliable he would be allowed on his own. For a year he traveled and found some success. It wasn't until he came under the notice of the Saps did his life really begin to change. At first they fed him tips and his successes began to increase. Over time and after proving he was dependable and trustworthy they begin to use him to move larger and larger shipments. Everything is strictly legal but with some grey areas. This was on purpose to see how he would handle himself. Life in his family's home gave him a broad range of experience that he hated but served him well when dealing with suspicious tax collectors and customs officials.
After a few years of this he was fully brought into the organization and after some time was trusted enough to be the Blue in Felport, running the legitimate businesses for that Circle. For the past several years he has done so. From time to time he goes to the grey side of things which satiates his desires for more adventure.
