Personal history
Cerulin was Bauxtice Pellon's trusted bodyguard. He died protecting the Chancellor during the Battle for Ferran's Hold when Qamron Osvar ran him through him with his spear.
Cerulin came from the noble Ular family of Ularsil, but was the second son of Keal Ular. He was both a fighter and a thinker, going to Malburn College in 410 PT to study military tactics and fighting. Whilst he was there, he came into contact with Bauxtice Pellon and was befriended by him. In 415 PT, he was invited into Pellon's inner circle in Ferran's Hold.
In 424 PT, Ular was promoted by King Pulus I to the rank of Most Civil Servant, an increasingly prestigious position on the Ironmoot. He also helped further Pellon's inner circle by helping to recruit other scholars into the circle, including Qamron Osvar, whom he sent to Kamelzark.
During the war, Ular acted as Pellon's bodyguard and one of his closest confidants. He was the ground commander at the Siege of Bolfy and later devised the defence of Ferran's Hold. However, these defences, whilst effective for a time, failed and Prince Durwn was able to break into the Iron Halls. Ular attempted to defeat Durwn and Osvar, but Osvar managed to break Ular's guard and run him through.
