Religions

There are 15 known pantheons with their own histories whose beliefs ultimately became part of the Eldriad. Most of those religions survive to this day amongst the melting pot of the bastions. These pantheons are known as the Ahaxtali, Akashari, Anterosian, Ashvali, Eldrian, Fulkskartr, Ixgali, Kalti, Kazmorian, Kemeti, Kengiri, Kitai, Majarian, Muxan, Tawantin and Yulaian pantheons.   It is entirely possible for people to believe in some gods from one pantheon and some gods from another pantheon, or only believe in a subset of gods from a given pantheon. Some belief systems are oriented entirely around the superiority of a single god, others believe in two opposing gods, and triads are not uncommon either. Every person will have their own biases, bringing with them the gods of their childhood to new lands or worshipping an ancient idol that their family has always pledged allegiance to.
