Cecilia Sandec (C Seal e ah Sahn deck)
Cecilia Sandec, styled as The Lady Cecilia, is a female Malti, the head of the Consortium of Allied Planets (The Consortium), hereditary Princess of Meylon and The Busar.
Cecilia is the only surviving daughter of Malti "King" Verran Sandec and the being known as Tavi. She is the half sister of Inanis Drusus.
Cecilia has spent much of her adult life trying to find out what caused The Tragedy of Busar, and later the incident on the Horizon. Some say it is an obssession.
Physical Description
Cecilia is a 6'2, with almost black hair and light blue eyes, a slight build and possessing a stern countenance and grace. Personality Cecilia is a stern, shrewd and patient person/politician. As the only survivor of the Tragedy of Busar and the later events on the Horizon research station rumors about her abound. She often comes off as cold and formal and has few if any true friends and companions. As leader and founder of the Consortium, Cecilia has lead the 500 planet strong group into an era of untold prosperity outside of the influence of the Federation and the Iotian Empire Ship The Moriam
