A4: Abyssal Tanks
The Abyssal Tank is a strangely small cell block with a 10-foot-radius fish tank that rises 8 feet. Numerous aquatic inmates swim around the space, observable from the 5-foot-wide walkway surrounding the tank. The liquid in the tank is actually an enchanted concoction of several spells that shrinks a creature submerged in it by two sizes (minimum of Tiny). Once removed from the tank, a creature returns to its original size after 1 minute.
Additionally, if a creature’s eyes or similar sensors are submerged in the fluid, it cannot detect other creatures around it. Visitors can enter the tank and shrink to observe the creatures within. Aset provides them with protective goggles and a spell of water breathing.
