Raige Hernes
Raige is very tight-lipped about her past, which indicates there is a story there. What she will reveal is she wasn't born in Eridani, and this isn't her first cell. It is very apparent that she owes a lot to Rezal, and she's in a very rare position, basically running two cells. She is very matter of fact, and terse to a point- if she speaks more than a few sentences, it is definitely something of import. Many take her exacting nature for ruthlessness, and it is a misconception that she fosters to anyone that doesn't have to deal with her on a regular basis. She does reward competence, and has little truck with excuses- she is efficient, and expects that others be likewise.
