Domusanc Extonas

Domusanc Extonas stands out among the Domusancs for being the most receptive of outsiders in Daeamorant.   The Domusanc controls the region of Othera, located in the North-East of Daeamorant. This puts it in contact with the Trisea and gives it the largest border to Kalava'khir, and thus makes it the most common region those entering the country from other neighboring nations. While still holding to the strict laws of the country, and as such things like the practice of arcane magic are still forbidden in Othera, Extonas is much more lax with regard to things like immigration or cultural integration.   This makes Extonas something of an outsider within the inner sphere of Daeamorant politics, but also more economically sound than the majority of Domusancs. Every region trades with Extonas, and as such their position of power in relation to the other Domusancs is secured. Adding further tarnish to the reputation of Extonas however is their notably low number of Iudicatus submitted by the Domusanc who have become Electus throughout the history of Daeamorant, as their more lax interpretation of the ideology of the country translates to a low success rate in the Ritus Electi.   Due to these factors, Extonas is something of a black sheep among the Domusancs, and is generally considered to be the least pious and most prone to using bribery or unsavory methods to achieve their goals within the country, a reputation which they protest is unearned.   Othera itself as a region is unremarkable in comparison to other regions in Daeamorant, having a middling population size and terrain that varies in elevation throughout the region. The region of Othera does however supply most of the others with the majority of luxury or exotic goods found in Daeamorant, thanks to trade with other nations on its borders.
