Elenwen

Elenwen is a High Elf sorceress and First Emissary of the Thalmor in Skyrim. She now resides in the Thalmor Headquarters, in Castle Dour after the destruction of the Thalmor Embassy where she often hosted lavish parties, inviting Skyrim's most influential and powerful people. In her role as First Emissary Elenwen works both as the head ambassador of the Aldmeri Dominion to Skyrim and as the head of Thalmor operations in Skyrim, tasked with overseeing the enforcement of the White-Gold Concordant. Meaning she oversees the Thalmors purge of Talos worshipers, as well as conducting other more clandestine operations to further the aims of the Aldmeri Dominion, including secretly rendering aid to Skyrims rebels.   In conversation.

Elenwen is a 6th level spellcaster, thier spellcasting ablity is Charisma (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks) they have the following sorcerer spells prepared:

Arcane Affinity (1/day). When she expends a spell slot to cast a spell, she can choose for the spell to count as though it was cast using a spell slot of one level lower.   Heart of the Storm. When casting a spell of 1st level or higher that deals lightning or thunder damage, creatures of her choice that she can see within 10 feet of her to take 3 lightning damage.

Actions

Elven Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack. +4 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: (1d4+2) piercing damage.

Bonus Actions

Tempestuous Magic. Immediately before or after she casts a spell of 1st level or higher. She can fly up to 10 feet without provoking opportunity attacks.   Quickened Spell (3/day). When she casts a spell that has a casting time of 1 action, changes the casting time to 1 bonus action for that casting.
