Voŭrik was king of the Kingdom of Korvic from the year 1030 to the year 1063. Voŭrik came to power after overthrowing his father, who would later be known as Baranor the Cruel, he had heavily taxed the poor and committed many atrocities upon his people. Before this Voŭrik was banished to the Republic of Getsvia at the age of 12 were he lived as a farmer with a family that took very good care for him. Later when he was 15 he befriend a military and history scholar known as, Verantios, that taught him about the politics of the region as well as all the history of the different peoples on the continent. During this time he would also join the military and become a foot soldier in the Republic's Army and though only 15 years of age he proved himself a capable warrior, tactician, and strategist during some small conflicts with the Republics neighbors, specifically when the Republic was being attacked by the Kingdom of Pimarcis. During the battle most of the commanding officers of Voŭrik's platoon had been killed or ran away, Voŭrik was able to come up with a plan to not only defeat the enemy but minimize casualties, this conflict also allowed him to show case his exceptional leadership/people skills as he was able to convince about 85% of his platoon to go along with his plan even though it was made and being lead by someone who is much younger than them and just a simply foot soldier to boot. To everyone's surprise, except for Voŭrik, his plan worked and the day was won. Some time later when Voŭrik was at the age of 20 a man from the Kingdom of Korvic had come to the Republic to plead for them to invade his kingdom and overthrow the king. Voŭrik who was now a divison commander within the Republic's military and because of this he was able to be witness to this man's plea, but when the old man look around the room his eyes fell upon Voŭrik, the man had begun to shout and point, "It's you! It's you! The heir!!". All present in the room turned their head to Voŭrik, who look somewhat panicked as he had kept his identity a secret from everyone except for his foster parents, Voŭrik quickly refused the man's claims and looked to the.... Out of defiance of his father and the corrupt nobles, Voŭrik took those that were loyal to him and raised and army to oppose his father. After two years of fighting, Voŭrik and his forces were victorious against Baranor and his allies within the capital, whose heads were displayed on pikes on the capital's ramparts. Soon after his victory, Voŭrik was crowned the new king of Korvic and was given the moniker "The Just". Voŭrik's troubles unfortunately did not disappear with the death of his father as some of corrupt nobles had fled to their estates and built up small armies that terrorizing nearby towns and villages that were loyal or at least helped Voŭrik's forces. Besides dealing with rebellious nobles, the new king was facing a looming famine, an economic crisis, and large homelessness/refugee crisis due to Voŭrik's rebellion and the Dark Elf/Human Wars. All these would usally spell doom for other countries and their rulers, but Voŭrik showed that he was no typical ruler by swiftly and ruthlessly wiping out the rebellious nobles with surprisingly little destruction to the land and blood shed of the innocent. Next he began to tackle the homelessness/refugee crisis as well as the mitigate the famine, he first started with revolutionizing farming
