Tenjaular
The Tenjaular are a Hobgoblin ehtnic group primarily living on the Great Sibiyrin Isles, though they have a small presence in the coastal forests of Arzuudyu. They tend to be more accepting of standard goblins than most other Hobgoblins, and their ranks contain many hybrids and even full-blooded goblins considered equal citizens. Part of this stems from the more physically powerful Hobgoblins moving north and establishing rule over the more numerous, but smaller, northern goblins. Naturally, hybrids began to emerge, and oftentimes Hobgoblin numbers weren't necessarily sufficient to create sustainable populations without harsh crackdowns. Thus, the blending of cultures and blood has brought the two races much closer together than they were in the past, though most tribes do tend to favor one or the other in number, if not spirit. The Tenjaular, despite their wide purview, have lower numbers than the other groups of Hobgoblins because of the climate and their land mainly being islands. Their diet mainly consists of fish and whale products, with grains and vegetables being valuable and in short supply.
The main population of Tenjauler, known as the Caesonap, reside on [tbd 1], where they coexist but rarely intermarry with the goblin inhabitants. To their east, the Talynash inhabit the island of [tbd 2], which they share with Kobolds in the higher elevations. Naturally, the Talynash also don't have any goblin blood due to there being few to no goblins on [tbd 2]. In contrast, the northern Arnrhysep count a number of bugbears among their ranks, primarily populating the island of [tbd 3], where the goblin population far outnumbers the hobgoblin one. Finally, in the west, the Tonokwenye are in a similar situation, although their holdings are generally newer. Most of the Tonokwenye originally fought in this area as mercenaries, typically only rising to power following centaur invasions and similarly violent events.
