elf religion
The religion of [tbd] is considered by most scholars the original faith of all races of elves, from when they lived on Salazuir (dark elves switch to Kunin worship) and is still the most practiced religion of the high elves on Aerellion. The religion is polytheistic and has many gods, including but not limited to
In the beginning, there was a sea. The sea was endless, wild, and encompassed the entire cosmos. After an unknowable amount of time, energy began to gather into a whirlpool, which eventually burst into light. From this light, the elder gods were born, alongside the world. Although the gods were living, the world was not, for it was devoid of life. The most powerful of these beings was the god Kunin, and it was he who brought order to the gods and coerced them to cooperate and to create life upon the world. However, Kunin's power was not absolute, and he still had to rely on the other gods, a state of affairs which bothered him. He wanted absolute authority over the other gods and so he began to covet power for its own sake.
