Apothecary

The apothecary of Chadtown is a small wooden shop at the edge of town. Because the use of medicinal plants and herbs is an elvish tradition, and no custom among humans. The abbundance of flora in this part of the world however made it so that an elderly man saw fit in opening a store of this kind, he is probably the only human apothecary in existance. The store is not frequently visited, since most humans are reluctant to try these "elven" medicines. Most of the customers consist of the handful of halflings that populate the town, and the occasional traveler.    

Recent events

A recent incident in which a good portion of the town got food poisoning as a result of bad meat, got cured by this apothecary. Although most people were reluctant to try the medicine at first most of them eventually did. Most of this was because of the fact that they didn't have the strength to fight the force feeding apothecarian, but also the fact they they would otherwise die was a good motivator. The potion used to cure the people consists mostly of an extract of pink flowers harvested from the local woods. Since this incident the apothecary grows a few of the pink flowers in the adjecent greenhouse. Because of this the shop is able to sell Healing Potion now however they are in small suply and at a high cost.
