The one of the major sects of the Icarus living in the Borwind Kingdom who believe the Icarus should remain indifferent about worldly affairs and should close its borders to outsiders. Founded by Rafiel before vanishing. Undyingly loyal to the @Oracle. Its members tend to be more refined and aloof.
