Earth Stable

Earth Stable is the home of the Stability Council and is the local evolution within the Discontinuum where controlled access to other realms was first opened up within the time bound worlds. Technically, it is not the most stable of the local realms, since that distinction belongs to Earth Zero but as the home of the primary defenders of evolutions against threats from archetypal worlds and powers, it considers itself to be the most important of the Citadel Worlds.
