Emperor Ingrald II reigned between 13th Pruth, 3931 BPC and 25th Glim, 3907 BPC. He was on the throne when the Tinturbean Insurrection broke out in 3920 BPC and saw the civil war out to a successful conclusion in 3912 BPC.
At the end of the conflict, he seized the Goolsyn Ice Star and took it back to Zalgurim as partial reparations for the war. The ring then became a part of the crown jewels of the Emperor or Empress of the Old Pale Empire for as long as it lasted.
