High Templar Nel-Tesk
High Templar was a Maeglin scientific and political leader 12 billion years ago. They were responsible for the creation of the FTL communications array on Tandoori. Their memories were backed up in that facility's databanks and were retrieved by Lux.
According to them, they achieved their title through "significant cultural, scientific, or historical achievements, significant religious knowledge, and high mastery of psionics".
Nel-Tesk has divulged that he is able to influence the minds of dozens of people at once in such a way that they would be physically disabled. In March 2102, Lux grew Nel-Tesk a sleeve and re-embodied him, allowing him to be the last living Maeglin alive.
