Effrica Mag'Niall
Full name and title: Effrica Mag'Niall Fet'Phrys Dragon Slayer
Effrica is best known and celebrated as the creator of Dragon Bane weapons of various types. An elf researcher she was involved in the development of many weapons to help the Elves defeat the dragons. Her weapons helped lead to the advantages that allowed for the Elven Concordance to take place. She was one of the most popular of the researchers that created the dragon orbs. Her name lives on in several spells and items. She died at the age of 835, and helped create many items and rituals of high magic among the elves.
Effrica's Diminishing Presence is a spell that not only disrupts the ability for others to see the target but also represses the smells and astral presence of the target. It is referenced more than used. Most libraries don't retain this spell. Since it was mostly passed from teacher to apprentice.
Legacy
Effrica's Bane is another name for a series of poisons effective against Dragons. Some poisons under this title were actually developed after Effrica's death but are still lumped into the category. Many will not kill a dragon outright but will disrupt their breath weapons, or make them sleepy. Known for her many tasseled hat and long robes. Her abnormally large purple eyes were said to be captivating.

Daughter of Phrys Ot'Dimha the armor smith and Finban Mag'Talma the path mage. She had six children and many of her descendants lived on Gorel and Mizuni. It is beleived however she has no remaining descendands alive.
