Declaration of Return

The declaration of return is the guiding document of the RRR Troop. It describes their intent to help restore the lost Averlinites back to their lost home. It was penned a month after a group of refugees settled the abandoned city of Vebra.

Purpose

In the chaos of their forced removal from their homelands a couple of the refugees penned a document of intent. The goal being to help bind the refugees and other locals together with a common intent and direction.
While it isn't a constitution by which the organization MUST operate, it is a document that is used in practicality in the running of the organization. The current leaders of the RRR state that in a few years they may codify it into a rules document instead of just a guiding document. They state the need for continuity, and once the founders of the document disappear any guiding document should be more formally accepted and functional.

Six through Ninth clauses: Descriptions of values, principles, and organizational models to be used in the completion of the three goals.
