Sirsion of Anaxos

"You cannot even begin to imagine the power I now wield!" - Sirsion of Anaxos, shortly before her death
Sirsion of Anaxos was a Daphnea noble daughter of House Anaxos who lived during the Fourth Era. An expert on all things magical, Sirsion learned how to use the stolen Staff of Medrevaine to a certain degree before being killed by a group of individuals hired by Erindaenug Flean to take it back.

Early Life

Born in the year 6892, Sirsion was the second child of Lord Zenemetros and Lady Ferin. She astounded her parents with her intellectual ability, learning a second language before she was eight years old. She also, however, developed an icy, hostile demeanor towards all others, including members of her own family.   When Sirsion was thirteen, she, with the help of her family, took credit for the alchemical cure to Stuck Gut, a disease harming her sister Eriphyle. The cure was actually the work of Kiernan MacElroy, who developed a deep hatred of Sirsion.   At the age of fourteen, she became one of the youngest individuals ever to enroll in courses at the University of Redoran. Excelling at the course work, and eventually becoming bored by how easy the material was for her, she returned to her family Sunlit Isles in 6909, at the age of 17.   At this point, Sirsion began to devote herself to the study of magic. She learned how to cast powerful spells, especially ones that featured ice and coldness.

Staff of Medrevaine and Death

In 6911, Sirsion's family returned from an expedition into the Makovai Mountains, where they had seized the Staff of Medrevaine, an ancient Kefala artifact. After Erindaenug Flean attempted to steal it back, Sirsion recognized the true power of the item and began to study it. She quickly learned how to cast powerful spells and protect herself using the staff.   Sirsion was doing further research on the staff when a group of individuals disguised as party guests, Castien of Valris, Cromwell, and her old nemesis, Kiernan MacElroy, attempted to steal it back. She fought them in the arcane library, using the staff as a weapon, but was defeated and killed on the spot.

Mental characteristics

Gender Identity

Sirsion was a cisgender woman, using she/her pronouns.

Intellectual Characteristics

Sirsion was extremely intelligent and probably the most intelligent person in her family. When she was sent to the University of Redoran by her parents, which was considered one of the most rigorous schools in Beurum, she excelled in all her classes with ease, even becoming bored by the course material.    This intelligence made itself known when she researched an artifact her family had recently plundered from the Kefala tieflings, the Staff of Medrevaine. Within just a few days, she learned how to cast powerful spells from the staff, learning a large amount of the tiefling language at the same time.

Social

Social Aptitude

An arrogant young woman, Sirsion was frequently hostile and impatient with others, even members of her own family. She was known to mistreat her family's servants, who grew to hate her.   Partially because of her social behavior, but mostly because of her intellectual pursuits, Sirsion spent nearly all of her free time in her family's arcane library. She would often work all night on projects, even taking her meals in the library or skipping them altogether.
