Governor Grandus

Takara Grandus is the Governor of Mission City , ruling it alongside the Colonial Council. A member of the Takara clan, Grandus is a traditionalist and prefers an old-fashioned way of doing things. That involves giving the Colonial Garrison plenty of power to enforce order within the colony. He is strict and taciturn, and does not tolerate failure. Grandus is trained in the greatclub, though his knowledge of the weapon is more for ceremonial purposes rather than actual combat experience.
