First Aid
First Aid was once a trooper. But he was injured in the line of duty, and could never return to the front lines. He blamed himself, and that eventually turned into a complex. As far as he's concerned, anybody in the medbay with combat injuries brought it upon themselves.
He still does his job, and does it well, but most Autobots loathe ending up under his care.
