Dealer
A former Decepticon, Dealer now sells weapons and ammunition on the black market. He moved to Mission City to get more business, but the tight customs department makes it difficult for him to sell exotic weapons. He's not too worried about this, as he makes most of his profit on smaller sales, anyway.
Dealer speaks in denials, never offering up confirmation of anything except his prices, and never developing a sense of attachment or loyalty to his customers. He will sell to anyone.
